And at your question, yes it does, cause anybody closed the first jail topic without giving me any reasons, I know this topic was open once before, but anyway, I thought maybe you admins could give me a reason

Dunno who closed it and why it got closed.
What I do know is, the jail got replaced to the jail-island before(it used to be the LVPD jails) so it won't be reversed now..
