Apple is milking people, just like the iPhone. in 6 months, iPhone 4G will come out, then after 3 months, iPhone 4GS will come out. What then?

i haven't had an iphone before, so it's the first one im gettin and im not planning to replace it with a new version in near future.

Hey... You guys who know a bit about phones, I want a nice phone for my birthday but I don't know which to choose since I've never owned an advanced cell. I actually like the Sony Ericsson W995 a lot, because it has an 8GB memory (enough for what I use to carry with me), and an 8.1 megapixels camera - http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/products...c=us&lc=en  (it's about 240€ in Spain where they're gonna send it from if I choose it) || But some friends are recommending me the Blackberry because it has a lot of features etc. I personally don't care about a Qwerty keyboard, nor mobile internet, all I want is to be able to talk (really eh?), listen to music and take some good photos without having to carry one different device for each, besides mobile internet service here's a ripoff. So, what do you recommend? Should I go for the W995, is there a newer (and better) SE, or try the Blackberry Curve 9700 (the latest Curve one isn't it?) ? And one last addition, I just want a phone that LOOKS like a phone, not a brick that will be a liability in my pocket, hence why I like the W995 more. I just wanna hear your experience with both phones

Go with the w995 then, seems like the Blackberry is not for you. Blackberries are used by business and teens, their great, fast and reliable. I used Blkackberry for internet and works great, the qwerty keyboard is great and the apps are great, but seems like you dont need these things. So go for the w995 if that makes you happy .

Indeed Nokia and LG hardly release any phones every week. Oh wait.
