ColdThugZ training Beta 2.0!

The new coldthugz server!!! Comes out with sa-mp 0.2! It has over 30 new commands! Including wanted levels!  /taxis! and properties!

There are lots of new vechiles, weapons, and commands!!!!!!!!!! Especially tuning, I  have made it so tuning couldn't be easier
