Like they say here, you can find bad apples in every family, so I think it is the same for clans ;)

And by moaning to him every second of the day if he is on, won't help no one, it is just annoying :)

Not our choice, if he wants to keep him and give him a second chance, I see no problems with that.
I bet for millions, that players which are laughing at him, ever cheated in their online experience, too..
