Well, as Fry stated there are reasons why they where left out of GTASA, although I have found over 50 more since then, quite a few look even nicer, I don't think they would go well in LVP, I mean, it would be too, 'easy'. Unless there was some place you could go and a menu pops up or something with a list :S But definitely not as a command or anything.

i think some guy of virtueal scripting made a custom transfender, you could do the same with these paintjobs

I did, thats where I realized that paint job id's work when going into minus, only that script only goes up to -10(?) and only works on vehicles that work in Wheel Arch Angels. I tried on lots more vehicles such as lowriders, campers, etc, and made a command that lets you choose the paintjob id yourself, went up to like -200 with a shitload of different paintjobs lol, although some did cause you to crash :x. If you look in that topic I made a reply showing the pics here  8)
