It makes walk weapons (shotgun, deagle, sniper rifle, rifle) shoot faster.
If you don't know how to do it right now and all you play is LVP, don't bother looking into it.

Actually C-bug stands for crouch-bug, that means you press 'crouch' right after shooting with a walking weapon (deagle, spaz etc.) so you accelerate faster from your shooting position than without doing it.
Nevertheless, I don't think it's allowed on LVP anyway and most of the LPV players prefer running weapons.

c bug is an awesome tool, u can pwn someone with run weapons if u r very good with deagle, but it isnt let in lvp.  imo it aint a bug at all cuz its like the switch tec-uzi/sawn off, in both the weapon recharge delay is deleted. anyway in lvp its forbidden
