Note: I used 2-shot because I was fedup of this [HC4L] dude firing 6shots at me and not reloading. I was also told he was using 2-shot so I used it in return. 

You are incorrect. The person in question was also reported to me and I looked into it. Just for your information, six to eight (6- shots in a row is normally just lag. Always report it, but never just accuse because of those six to eight shots, because more often than not, it's lag. If you're wondering, yes, I was the person who banned you.
