I didn't know <P> was? I read Sid's post where it says he founded them August 2006, but in my ~10 months playing this game I haven't seen them around much, on LVP anyway.
In my 5th part (instead of the 'not [W]' thing), I shoulda put (IMO) MI/LVF/CHC/H, because they've been around ~8 months, and have quite the backstory.
