Shin Akuma: Ever fought him in Street Fighter?

I play Street Fighter alot (Marvel vs Capcom, Street fighter 2, 3 , and alphas) and in 2 and the Alphas, there is a version of Akuma that is called Shin Akuma.  He is a beefed up Akuma (who is hard enough anyways) with new moves, one of which allows him to shoot 3 hado-kens in mid air.  This character is the hardest in the game and, at least in alpha 2, you have to do hard things to get to fight him.  You have to, on any difficulty, get to the final battle without losing a round and have at least 3 perfect victories.  If you are successful, you see "Here comes a new challenger" and will see a slightly altered Akuma.  No matter what difficulty, he is the most difficult person in the game (you could get to him on easy, but he will still be above very hard). 

I'm playing alpha 2 and I can't beat this guy.  Akuma is my character, but I was using Ryu when I got to him  (using an emulator and I have a save state right before the fight).  Has anyone else ever fought him?

I used to play Street Fighter alot on my Super Nintendo, which I had like 7/8 years ago.. + I've seen the movie like 5 times

I used to play Street Fighter with my whole family together yeaaaaaaaars ago. I also play it sometimes on my emulator.

Yep I played against Akuma and slaughtered him but not Shin Akuma. I use to play the original Street Fighter 2 at the arcade when games were still 20c like 15-16 years ago lol. I use to hate playing against cunts that used Guile's invisible throw and handcuffs shit was cheap. I was the man at Street Fighter 1 I could clock the whole game just using 1 hand doing the dragon punch (sho-ryu-ken).

Hellz yea.  I sucked at SF back in the day, but then got back into it when SF: Anniversary Edition came out for ps2 and I started borrowing my friend's Dreamcast and Marvel Vs Capcom 2.  I am nearly Undefeated among my friends in MVC2 and have beat teams of 3 with just Akuma (Despite it not having Raging Demon Special).  I just downloaded Street Fighter Alpha 2 on snes to see if I could Beat Shin Akuma, but he is f'n near impossible.  I have only beat him one round before.  Most of the time, i only get half of his life bar down, on a good round.  He is insane.  I do want to try with Akuma, but i dunno what difference it would make.  The guy is fn hard.
