Whatever it is, either a suspension or a demotion, I think will do good, and everyone saw it coming. It should be a period of time of reflection, to realize the mistakes and make sure to fix them in the future. Nobody would get anything good from losing such an active crew anyways, instead we try to make the situation better. I still applaud the decision.
