[Fixed]Saveinfo/lock/my spawn money

Well after quitting and joining again in a few minutes the game resumes where I left off but with no weapons. Also another thing I noticed a few times after doing /lock someone can still drive off with the vehicle. Also the /my spawnmoney command doesn't seem to be working either but I think this might be only after participating in a minigame. Lastly in some races you spawn on top of a car or stuck in a car etc which is annoying

I've just tried to fix those bugs, as you can see here: http://development.sa-mp.nl/console/. I'm not too sure if the race vehicles fix works, but we'll see in 10.7. About the /my spawnmoney command: it looks like nothing is wrong with it. If you notice it malfunctioning next time, please tell in what conditions it happend (e.g. after minigame spawn).

+1 and a minor bug that doesnt really matter is that the player colours dont work properly in the chat.
For example if i join a gang and get another colour, it's still the same old colour in the chat.

that and FC weapon bug apparently the first one to die gets the spawn weapons

I have no clue how players get their spawnweapons suddenly after a minigame or FC fight.  Needs some investigation.
