In an RW duel your opponent will receive the following weapons: M4, sniper, uzi/tec-9, deagle and grenade.
If you were the one who invited your opponent for an RW/WW duel, you'll receive the correct weapon settings until you get killed.

It's a similar phenomenon in Robbery aswell. You have the correct weapons until you get killed. After that you got your spawn weapons.
