Got any mods or whatsoever installed? Or perhaps any other applications running? Check first whatever is running in the front or background.
I doubt it'll help, but you could also delete the gta_sa.set file or so.

nothing is runing, playid on lvp reunion fine, then havent log in for few days , now i login AND I CANT DESTROY NO ONE CUZ MY GAME MINIMEZE AND DISSAPEAR.
