Well I'm sure there's more chance of civilisation than the current order by different means
And what new system/order would give us more chance of civilisation than the current system? In the western world we're allowed to vote who we want then we complain about the result because either too many people voted for someone else or because our chosen party has gone back on their word (like Nick Clegg in the UK, agreeing with everything David Cameron says) or they are simply incompetent and can't do what they want to do (like Gordon Brown). Unfortunately their role attracts those kinds of people so something needs to be done, but making up stories about the Illuminati or lizards isn't a solution.
Also before you mention it, I know the current UK government got in without winning a majority vote, but then that's the way the current system works so there's one way it can be changed but if it's changed so that they'd have won if they were 1 vote ahead of the nearest competitor then they'd have still won since they were leading the polls.
Also, hi Shark.
