Remove the 'vehicle necessity' for teleporting to /jump zones

Why is it mandatory to be inside a vehicle before you can be teleported to a jump zone where vehicles is spawning?

I see the point in being able to bring a vehicle to jump zones, but not the fact that it is mandatory to get there.

Take the Dam Jump for example; I have to enter a total random car before I can get to the jump zone, just so I can get out of that car and into the Infernus that is spawned there for the sole purpose of doing the jump.

This seems very redundant, therefore I think it would be a nice thing to remove the necessity for a vehicle.
