This is a good idea. If I get some time I'll think about it for 2.95. Although it's unlikely as I do already have quite a lot to do.
Take your time with the work, I'm sure the crew and players will help out in the meantime.

No. There is already enough inflation ingame - besides, there exists enough cheap properties as it is.

I'd like to see it become MUCH harder to obtain money and easier to spend them. 200 billion gang banks are idiotic.

Also, I do not believe coming with additional walls of text when joining the server would help the slightest bit. As long as it is clear for the new player that they can type /help to get started, it is enough.

Actually, it's hard enough for new people to earn money, especially if they're not English.  That's why there's a whole tutorial that allows them to choose their language, then have it say (What to do in the server, how to register, how to earn money etc.) So they can actually understand it. Also, the gang bank limit is only 2bil :+ Just saying.

"only 2 billion" that is still an insane amount.

Make /help in a different languages then. If it is possible, maybe you could display an introduction message on the server and have it in the same language as whoever connects - guided by their IP address. (e.g Madlaggz connects from Denmark; "Velkommen til Las Venturas Playground! Se /hjælp for hjælp til at komme igang!")

Besides, I doubt there are many non-english speaking regulars on here. We should prioritize our playerbase and not go into all sorts of directions - of course foreigners are welcome to the server, but we shouldn't design everything on the server to be in Spanish. After all, the official language of LVP is English!

I never said it has to be everything for Spanish. But we're talking about newer players, not regulars. The tutorial won't start up for everyone. Just for the non-registered. As everyone said, Having a huge tutorial about the server and showing them what to do would help out new people, and then they might like the server, cause it helped them, and is more informal than any other server. It would show the rules, help, and more information all in one, so you don't have to do /help, read that, then /rules, read that, then have to ask more later on, when it shows directly in the tutorial, everything needed.

I do not believe every single new user sits down before they start playing the server and reads through everything you can and cannot do on LVP.

They should be able to get help for what they want and discover the rest for themselves without being clotted up with information they do not want nor need.

Best to get as much information as possible. But there could be a (Tutorial or Skip Tutorial) option. But tutorials are really needed for people so they don't get in trouble for something they don't know.
