This heart refill doesn't work:

It's for vehicles.

I noticed when people are afk, some of them are really dimmed in the players list, others just have different nickcolors:

You see black names when players go afk after you join the server. If players were already afk before you joined, you'd see random colors. Jay says it's a SA-MP bug.
