BIG BANG OR BIBLE?

I think the fact that it was a tiny region of space  is more logical than saying it started expanding when it was already huge. Not to mention lots of ground based proofs and arguments which support the Big Bang. I can't see how some sort of an ancient book can be seen as a substitute for scientific logic.

We don't know if the universe was a single point in space or not, we don't know for sure. It's all theoretical, our whole understanding of the universe as we know it might change overnight by one single new phenomena that we didn't seem to be able to detect before. Science is not determined, it's based on our current knowledge.
