i got a solution for this maybe:

1.put the prices of weps and properties as it were in the past. like 300k u can buy all kind of shit and put the max. bank limit 20mil or smthg [+gang bank also] (like in lw it's 5mil). so it wouldnt be that easy decision to buy a carbomb and empty like 1/5 of your bank account.

2.if u dont want to change the prices or max. bank balance, make the carbombs more expensive (20mil each?)

money is not a issue, and changing props weapons and bank value is a too major change to be able to vote through
