Trucktrailers are at the Trucking Home (turf in the south of LV) and i remember one parked opposite of the Burger Shot in the north of LV next to the carwash

There are no trailers in SF i think think and i can remember trailers next to railwaytrack in LS near the Pizza Stack where u do the first  mission with Ryder in SPmod 

^Indeed put them near the docks at the army base just down the road from the police station

What I mean with the trucks is where we found them so we can deliver them, before it was around college school, now it's somewhere else.
