Well, there are no commands in /survival except /home set and /spawn, so no problem there. In main, on the other hand, one can always ask for day/night. If you are a VIP and you need night, just let the other people know that you'll change to night and go for it. I am online most of the time, so I can make sure you have your 14 minutes of night every hour.

Indeed sometimes I say I'm going to change the weather to night or rain to check some stuff, in that way they wont' change it back right away, by the other hand I get the problem where a admin/mod or even players join and do it.
And crew shouldn't be bossy all time on the weather, give the newbs a chance otherwise they won't feel welcome.
If I could've set a weather for only me would've been good.
