It just doesn't work that way anymore. New players can not (be bothered to) get the skill most of our experienced players have. Our players aren't exactly helping the case because I sometimes see some of them chasing the new players till they disconnect.
However you can be a total newbie if you just want to go stunting, have some fun and maybe after doing that and if they like the server/community enough they eventually want to stick around and join in on the other mayhem we got to offer. Not saying we should or will abandon DM but the days of gang rivalry we had seem gone.
