Getting all of the Staff in the beta-team

Hello there,

I'd like to propose a promotion of all LVP Staff to the beta-team. In short, this is that I'd like:

• Staff gets access to the development beta-team by default.
  
• The beta-team leaders (Pedro / oostcoast?) should ideally not be part of the crew.
  

This allows us to group more suggestions into a single place. Furthermore, I'd like to propose:

• The beta-team gets access to Trac (not for the code yet) to file/reply to/read tickets.
  
• The beta-team leaders get access to prioritize bugs according to their own insight.
  
• We configure Trac to send out much more e-mails about changes to tickets, etcetera.
  

The Trac wiki should be deprecated in favor of the Development Portal.
