ye but what if you+your mate  were not fighting someone?

what if you and your mate were just driving around .You died cuz of an accident or something and you're to lazy to walk back to your mate.(note that your mate ain't fighting anyone)

and also :so many people, while getting in a fight,if they can't manage to win,they just hide somewhere to alert the gang so that they can tp to him and gang bang you.
