New way of detecting potential lamers

Easier for a(n) Administrator / Moderator to see while spectating.

Example:

Gun battle, I hit ESC.

Within hopefully a few seconds ( <3 Lag)

You will see

PAUSED

Above my Characters (FaT cl0wn) head -

If I've been /report'd for pause laming,

You would know 100% that I was pause laming, if you were watching me..

Just what I think tho..
