Go with the HD 6850.
Your current HD4890 has (under full load) a power consumption of ~190W
A 5830 has a power consumption of about 170W, while a HD 6850 only eats about 135W under full load.
So the 6850 is not only faster, but also needs significantly less juice, so i guess thats what you want to go with. Well worth the extra bucks, if you ask me.
