For example GamerX, they have the most retarded gamemode I've ever seen but they always had 300+ players online, even at the times when the Official list was down.

It isn't that retarded if you think about it. You can race, kill, stunt and whatnot. But then I haven't really done anything on GamerX since last year, other then just banning people who annoy me :p
