If you make the db'er lose as much health he db's his oppoenent down, that wouldn't make sense. F.E he db's you down to 0 so you die, which would mean he dies aswell, and after you/him has died, you get a punishment menu and punish him again!? That'd give you an advantage over a db'er, so next step to make the gameplay more fair would be what? To remove the punishment menu?

Anyway, db is and will always be a part of GTA. Everyone here uses a car once in a while (doesnt matter for what, escaping, chasing, transportation etc.), so do I. And honestly, I see someone with low health (or with full hp, doesnt matter) on street, I cba to brake, stop the car, get out the car, kill him with 2 shots, get back in car and continue driving my destination. Why make it too complicated.?

Because DB is annoying and fucking stupid on a server like this. There are mostly "pro" players on LVP that like to fight the real way, then getting some random noob coming by and driveby pisses most people off.
Plus driveby takes no skill at all and is therefore very annoying

And another thing, everyone keep complaining it's lame, only noobs use it, it shouldnt be allowed etc. Listen up, sa-mp streets are all about surviving, you cannot avoid db = you are as noob as the db'er (or even worse). Db'ers can be easily killed with grenades, uzi's etc.

Anyone can avoid a DBer easly in a 1v1 situasion (u vs the DBer), no challenge at all. But as I said its harder with more people areound you

There already is a punishment for db, isn't that enough? Avoiding that punishment is other thing, let's say I db someone to 1 hp, he shoots my car to flames, I am not allowed to jump out since then it would be punishment avoiding? That doesn't make sense, db is not a suicide attempt, it's a method to kill your opponent, exactly like you can kill with rustlers, grenades, seasparrows etc.

Thats why the punishment script sucks and should be replaced.

You want to lose one unique part that makes sa-mp different from other "on-line" games there are...
What next? You will lose all the weapons aswell, to make everyone "equal" so they have only fists or exactly the same weapons with the same amount of ammo?
