I don't know much about Hubble's Constant and such stuff, but from simple logic this is just impossible to explain with saying "nothing", "no time" and "nobody" etc.

There are theories which are MORE likely to be truth. Theory of the Big Bang is based on serious calculations, observations.
I could say that the Universe has been created by a 8 year-old boy. That's a theory but it's more likely to be false and it's easy to prove that. Theory of Big Bang is a best theory-fact so far.
About the questions - yes, there are questions which are impossible to explain or imagine (like "there was no time").
But impossible to imagine/explain is not equal to false theory.
