Editing handlinglines doesnt affect how the car operates in samp, only singleplayer
Editing car skins does change handling though (because of length, weight and other physical stuff, like wheels etc) , sometimes. I posted that somewhere else
but u should use the links i posted death, they pretty much got everything u want
Except selfmade mods from ppl like Mrs etc
