Make sure you back up your gta3.img file in case anything goes wrong or you will have to reinstall the entire game eventually.

Follow these steps.
go to your San Andreas installation directory... (by default it should be C:\program files\rockstar games\gta san andreas\) then to to the MODELS folder... start up SPARK.EXE and drag the GTA3.IMG onto the SPARK window.. from there, put all the texture files from the RAR into GTA3.IMG by selecting ALL the textures at once, dragging and dropping them onto the SPARK window.... now this might take a while and say "program is not responding" but its working.. leave it till its done (usually takes about 2 minutes on a decent PC). After the process is complete... you should be able to move the window around and such.... click the floppy disk icon to "save" it.... and after its done being saved... YOU'RE DONE!

But the pics from the link @ first page looks more detailed, cool lights on the lamposts n shit. Think i'll install that instead, looks like it will take alot more work tho
