You could, of course you could. But it'd be unrealistic, and Bad Company 2 is meant to be as realistic as possible. You wouldn't do it the same way you wouldn't make a game with American troops in Iraq fighting with swords and canons.

Also, it's not just about money. They made it for the people who will buy it, and who will enjoy it. If that's not you, fine, just don't go slagging it off -especially as it looks like a pretty decent expansion.
