I guess that's a bit of a grey area. It's impossible for a crewmember to tell whether they would be trying to get away from the gunfire or just go there because they want to join it. /sawnoff is a bit of a bad example, you might as well shoot back then But I see your point.. I think the best would be to judge such things by situation. Like if someone has been evading a lot it would be obvious that it will be like that again. But on the other hand it would be rather silly to signup for a minigame whilst being shot (is that even possible?).
