Ok so here in these pictures I have a full bank with $750,000,000 in it. Although it allows you to bank up to $2,000,000,000, but you lose the money when you get out of game and all you can keep is the $750,000,000. So anyway I have found if you have a full bank with $750,000,000 in it and you type /bank all it will fill your bank to $2,000,000,000 and make you go bankrupt thus making you get jailed. However there is more. When you are done with jail after your 2 minutes or so you get out and you still have the $2,000,000,000 in your bank. So pretty much this is a bug which allows you to get a free $1,250,000,000.
