Feature request: a usermenu

[Chillosophy]

You don't want to type /dunnowhatcommand to open a menu, then go to minigames, and then go to race, and then select your race.
A quick menu should be always available in my opinion.

The idea was to have the usermenu open with one button. Or at most a onelettercommand. But ofcourse we should keep the other menus
