What is the hardest language to learn?

English imo is the easiest language ever... even though I'm not English but I still speak English properly with proper grammar as you can see

Arabic is the most difficult.. and I would say Chinese too..

That's easy to say if you were taught at a young age or taught really well, but it can be hard. And we can say Arabic, Russian or Chinese is hard but for them it could be easy. For Asians learning another Asian language might be easier but learning English for them might be just as hard as it is for us to learn Chinese.
