The sync is bad at the moment, yeah, but it's not unplayable. Bear in mind all of it was filmed on a basic server that I had downloaded momentarily before filming the video, others I've played on are hosted with hosting companies and have better latency.
I think the IV:MP dev team is going to try to do more better in the sync like when the SAMP dev team was improving their version of SAMP, I really think that they're going to be working and maybe improve stuff in the future
