Oversleeping is meant to be quite bad for you too, in a sense that you feel more tired than having less hours. Grim is right, 7-8 hours is the RECOMMENDED sleeping hours for teens and adults. If you sleep less and wake up you tend to feel like shit and believe it or not if you sleep too long you also feel tired when you wake up. Try it, it's true (well for most people)
