Should find a nice Intel Core i7 Lga 1366 cpu
and a nice Asus motherboard model would be the Asus P6T LGA1366
and to compliment that you should get a nice 2 way CrossFireX of the 5770 or above (Depending on your budget ofc) or a 3-way SLI of the Nvidia Geforce GTX275 or above.
If you are looking to play GTAIV at it's best then I recommend you get a card with at least 1GB or more of video ram, the game depends on video ram.
