I've had Latin for 4 years already and French for 6. Latin rocks for texts, and I love myths etc. French can be lame depending on your teacher, but it's more useful I guess. As for easier; that really depends on what languages you know already. Latin isn't too hard to learn, while French has tons of exceptions
