Sure they will, but for example; if Black Ops is going to be released, _a lot_ of people are going to want to play it. Just like on Steam, servers won't be able to handle it, and either you have to wait for shizzle to calm down, or you'll be playing on laggy servers. Something that isn't an issue on Steam.
