BUG?

Hey guys, I've been trying different stuff with colors.. And I found this bug, I think I'm using color ID 86..(Matthias know)
And when I reconnect, the weather is absolutely red and I barely can't see anything.. Sometimes it's okey, just that everything is red around me. And when I go /pause you'll see the whole country in one piece, when I get the white-bug and reconnect with the color I got without changing it or joining a gang etc.. then go /pause you'll see the same as above on the picture.

I don't know if it's a bug, but I think so..

It may be my computer / gta, because I always get weirdo bugs.. I mean, I've had health-bug, fly-bug, exploding cars +++ But I'm trying to find out what cause it..
