I'd disagree for two reasons.
HaZe is a greater 4shotter.
90N1N3 could take it (though it'd still be up to argument for sure) as an all-round fighter (2shot, 4shot and walkies) if he wasn't a dirty fighter, and as such there's about 3-4 [NB] I wouldn't even consider being in the running for that top spot.
