Well, let's hope you're right.

But yeah, how would you explain time traveling, a smoke monster, people that can talk with dead people, a mysterious island that can change it's location, an island with healing powers etc etc.

As much as I want all that things to be real, I guess they're not.
And yeah, even if it is someone's dream...if they create a good story around it, I won't really mind.

They won't explain all this scientifically anyway, which I feel bad for. Til the end of season 3 I had high hopes that everything will be explained scientifically, even if it's lightly pseudo-science, but after that it came pretty obvious that they won't. Now in season 6 (which is the worst season so far) they have gone down the road that anything can happen which kinda blows imo. That thrill which kept you on the edge of your seat has disappeared. Not to mention the acting in the last season..."I need to find my husband, Jiiiin!!", "Huh, Jacob told me, i'll do whatever he says" etc. Before all the characters used to have their goals, now they have just introduced a bunch of totally unnecessary characters (Ilana and her crew, Zoe, the temple folks etc.).

Sad that they have turned a great show with a lot of potential into a complete cheesefest.
