Carbombing shouldn't be limited. It's GTA for Christ's sake.
Next to that, I'm quite sure I'm the player that has been carbombed the most, probably 99.9% by bubbles.
So this carbombing issue really isn't that big...
I do think there should be a certain timelimit after you carteleported (as mentioned by Nanook/bubbles), so you can't detonate instantly after carteleporting to your target (that's too easy).
P.s. as stated above; I'm the player that has been carbombed the most. My vote should count for two!
