the ship could be limited.
have a counter, which counts how many times they've been at the ship.
reset it, for a certain ammount of time outside of the ship.
if the counter is lets say 10 (he's gone to ship 10 times, and never been outside for lets say 10min),
then he cannot enter the ship (gives that out of boundries thingy)
this still gives the player infinite time (until the idle kick) to earn that small ammount of money (which some people likes to do)

about the carbombs, imo i dont really care.. it just gives me the lols
although, it could be good to not allow /ctp while in a vehicle containing a bomb,
it is fun to do that on admins though, but that way they have no chance
u can even ctp while they flying in air, boom ded. simple as fuck
