With the information you give here I don't much of a problem actually. With 2 payouts more you would have start making profit(after it). So if you defend your property then you can make money, I am not sure but I thought it was explained somewhere. Anyways, defending your property will make sure you can make money from it. If you don't want to do that, take the smaller props(less cost/higher % earnings). These earn themselves back earlier
