I find that properties are not really a good way to earn money, simply because the buy-back time is too soon?
i believe its 10 minutes? but at the rate of money earned per minute, even with the 50% reimbursement its never profitable.
Like for example, some property costs 100k or so, grants you 2k+/min, that translate to 50 mins max for any form of profit?
i suggest extending the buy-back time to 30 mins at least, and/or increasing the money rate.

All the properties are changed last week.
All the cheaper properties can be earned back before someone else buys it.
The expensive properties have a longer time, and they make profit within an hour.
And something else, which wasn't calculated with the time-before-making-profit: If someone buys your property, you get 75% of the value back, so even the larger properties make profit within a much shorter time then 1 hour.
So, to answer your suggestion: At this moment we look how this new system is working, and maybe we need to adjust it a little bit. But the prices are much better then they were 2 weeks ago.

and you mentioned they changed something? is the change only made to the % of money returned upon buy-back from other players?

And only the earnings are changed, not the % of refund, or the time other players can buy it.
I've tested the current prices, and you can make profit quite soon with the new prices.

hmm, i actually tried with one of the mid-high priced property.
i tried the system wif the james waterfall to be exact, costs about 822000+, earns you back 20000 per payout. but when some1 bought it not long later(i.e the buy-back time is expired), i am still short of $40000 from even paying back myself the money to buy the property.
I think, maybe increasing the buy back time to 15mins instead of 10 could do the job? i dont wanna buy property knowing i am gonna lose money in the end because some other peeps bought it over before i could earn any profit(including the $ refunded)

With the information you give here I don't much of a problem actually. With 2 payouts more you would have start making profit(after it). So if you defend your property then you can make money, I am not sure but I thought it was explained somewhere. Anyways, defending your property will make sure you can make money from it. If you don't want to do that, take the smaller props(less cost/higher % earnings). These earn themselves back earlier
