I find that properties are not really a good way to earn money, simply because the buy-back time is too soon?
i believe its 10 minutes? but at the rate of money earned per minute, even with the 50% reimbursement its never profitable.
Like for example, some property costs 100k or so, grants you 2k+/min, that translate to 50 mins max for any form of profit?
i suggest extending the buy-back time to 30 mins at least, and/or increasing the money rate.
