1) Are you or anyone you know a vegetarian?
No, but my Mother is.
2) Do you know what term vegetarianism means?
Yes, where you don't eat meat.
3) Are you aware of different types of vegetarians in regards to type of food they eat?
Yeah, theres some that will not eat meat. But will eat seafood etc
4) What type of food do vegetarians eat?
Quorn, tofu, rice, vegetables, fruit, herbs, spices etc.
5) Are you currently or have you ever in the past eaten a vegetarian diet?
No, but I eat alot of fruit and vegetables
6) If so for how long?

7) Do you see any benefits in the vegetarian diet?
Yes I can, you can get alot of the benefits that you get from meat from Quorn, but you also don't get the disadvantages of meat such as fat etc.
Are any vegetarians in your immediate family or among your friends?
Mother, Grandmother was for awhile and some friends of friends
9) What are the challenges of being a vegetarian?
Bacon lol, and depending on what you eat you may have to take pill supllements
10) Do you agree with the saying, "Your are what you eat"? Why yes or why no? Yes I do. It helps to eat a healthy diet if you want to be healthy and fit. But I wouldn't say it effects your mind/behaviour etc. However, there was some recent studies linking fast food to violent behaviour. A bunch of prisons and schools found that when they made there food more 'healthy' it reduced the amount of indicents at school/prison etc and in general the inmates/pupils were better behaved.
